With heritage dating back to the 1600s, the present manor house was built in 1888 and now compromises of 77 uniquely decorated bedrooms and suites, three restaurants and award-winning spa, SenSpa. Within easy access of London by rail or car, Careys Manor is the perfect destination to escape from it all and explore the spectacular New Forest National Park by bicycle, foot or horse!
Indulge at Cambium, Careys Manor’s flagship restaurant, which serves modern British dishes created by Head Chef Dylan James, who takes inspiration from the seasons and the New Forest itself. Careys Manor’s love of great food doesn’t stop there with an additional two restaurants available; Le Blaireau serving classic, simple French cuisine and authentic Thai restaurant Zen Garden which is located within SenSpa.
The award-wining SenSpa follows a Thai ethos and provides a place of calm to promote wellbeing. - 4 hour SenSpa hydrotherapy pass to completely unwind and engage all your senses (to be pre-booked between midday on arrival day and 11am on departure day)
- Rhassoul Mud Treatment for 2 – The Rhassoul experience takes place in a private mosaicked steam chamber where you will apply Himalayan crystal rock salt combined with aloe vera gel to your body to exfoliate the skin and hydrate. Rinse off, then apply the Rhassoul mud to your body, face and scalp and simply relax whilst the mud works its magic.
- 30 minute ‘Time For 2’ massage – Spend precious relaxation time together in our double treatment room and experience the most restorative full body spa massage treatment ever. Ease tired and strained muscles, deeply relax, calm and improve skin tone, texture and definition. Essential oils of bergamot, patchouli and geranium are used to relax and reduce stress or anxiety.
